Chef Melissa Palmucci
Chef Melissa was born and raised in New Britain, CT. She would spend time in the kitchen with her Italian American grandparents and that is where her love of cooking began. Chef Melissa is passionate about the food she prepares and the fresh local ingredients she uses. She has a talent for being creative and preparing extraordinary dishes. Before coming to Shuttle Meadow, she worked at Apricots in Farmington for six years and at Tumble Brook Country Club as Sous Chef & Chef De Cuisine for 10 years.
