This is Tim’s 16th season at Shuttle Meadow. Prior to Shuttle Meadow, Tim was the Head Professional at Black Hall Club, Old Lyme, Connecticut, for 5 years and then became their Head Professional/Club Manager for the next 8 years. Over the past 28 years, as a Head Professional in the Connecticut Section, Tim has had the good fortune to be the only professional recognized with each of the possible section awards, including the most prestigious, Golf Professional of the Year. In 2016, Tim was inducted into the Connecticut Section PGA Golf Hall of Fame. He has also served on the CT PGA Board of Directors, and fulfilled all the officer positions including President. Tim has always enjoyed competing and qualified to play in the 1980 U.S. Amateur, the 1995 and 2000 PGA Tour Canon GHO (now the Traveler's Championship).  Tim graduated from Ferris State University (Big Rapids, MI) with a Business degree, a major in Marketing and a Professional Golf Management option.


Aaron Chaffin
Assistant Professional

This is Aaron’s 7th season at Shuttle Meadow. Aaron was born and raised in Oklahoma and is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a Professional Golf Management option. Aaron has been employed as an Assistant Professional at some of America's finest private clubs, including: John’s Island Club in Vero Beach, Florida, Shoreacres, a top 100 private facility outside of Chicago and the famed, Winged Foot Golf Club. In 2014 Aaron was recognized as the Assistant Professional of the Year and he was also elected to serve as the President of the CT PGA Assistant's Association.
