Rooted Since 1899

Shuttle Meadow’s story begins in 1899, in the earliest era of American golf. From the start, the Club was shaped by respected business and community leaders who valued tradition, character, and doing things the right way. That same year, Shuttle Meadow helped co-found the Connecticut State Golf Association, reflecting an early commitment to the standards and traditions of the game.
